Skyline Center, Inc. is a nonprofit, community based organization that focuses on serving adults with disabilities. We were founded on November 13, 1963 as the Clinton Association for Day Care of Handicapped Children. Later, the name was changed to Skyline Center, Inc. We no longer provided children's day care, and the focus of service was moved from children to adults. We now serve approximately 140 disabled adults.
