Goal realization is a hallmark of Skyline's Residential Services. Providing community based residential services to persons with mental retardation, brain injury and developmental disabilities, Residential offers a progressive program that allows our individuals to live in their own community.

A variety of residential settings are offered to participants in the program.Dependent on availability and need, a person may choose Home and Community Based Services for persons with Mental Retardation or Brain Injury Waiver (HCBS/MR or HCBS/BI Waiver) ; Community Supported Apartment Living Arrangements (CSALA); or Residential Care Facility for persons with Mental Retardation (RCF/MR) Group Home living. HCBS/MR and BI Waiver Services are available in your own home or apartment. Additionally we own two five bedroom homes and one 4 bedroom each duplex.

CSALA Services may also be provided in your own home or apartment. We also offer services at our Supervised Apartments, a Skyline owned and managed complex with 12 one bedroom apartments.

Our flexible, individual programming allows the individual the opportunity to maintain the service structure that best fits their personal daily living needs.

Goal setting is the prime moving force in allowing the participant to reach their highest level of independent living in their community.
