Individuals who wish to maximize their efforts to achieve vocational independence may enter our Supported Employment Program. This program provides support to the person who wants to work in an integrated community work site. Supported Employment is a comprehensive personnel service that assists area employers to locate interested, qualified employees with disabilities who can join their work force. In turn, it assists persons with disabilities to find and maintain rewarding jobs in the community. Support is provided to the employer from job development to job match and through on-the-job training by a job coach, if requested. Follow-up services of the worker throughout their employment are also provided.
