Community Living

Skyline offers Community Living services to help individuals with disabilities gain access to their community. Our services are designed to provide support and assistance to those who need it, allowing them to live independently and participate fully in their community.

Skyline works with each person individually to help them determine how they want to live their lives. There are those who need support in their homes a few hours a week and those who need up to 24 hours daily. Services are focused on skill building to increase independence, such as meal planning and preparation, shopping, budgeting and in some cases, bathing, and grooming.

Skyline is committed to breaking down barriers in order to build community involvement and awareness of each citizen's value.  Community Living services are one way Skyline assists individuals with disabilities to gain access to their community.

Limited housing is available in both apartment and waiver home settings.

A Representative Payee program is available for those unable to manage their Social Security benefits on their own.  Contact us today to learn more about how we can help you or your loved one.
